This convention features high-calibre presentations from the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Safety Association, Deloitte, Brandt Tractor Products Ltd, as well as keynote speakers Dave Fischl and Dr. Gustavo Grodnitzky.
Workplace Diversity Expert Dave Fischl will talk about how to adapt your work environment and create policy to successfully retain your employees.
Keynote Speaker Dr. Gustavo Grodnitzky will speak about Working with Corporate leaders and organizational teams. Gustavo R. Grodnitzky, Ph.D., helps create work environments where success and prosperity can flourish. His focus is on helping people change their environments by making better choices and fine-tuning their interactions with others. This practice helps individuals and teams break through barriers and achieve higher success. Managers lead more effectively. Teams work more smoothly. Companies reap higher profits.
The SHCA convention is not complete without a variety of social activities. Thursday evening will include a live auction facilitated by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers with proceeds going to the Children’s Wish Foundation. The auction will be followed by “Born to Be Wild”, an evening of Harley Davidsons and road racing. The convention will close on Friday evening with the Chairman’s Banquet, Awards Ceremony and Casino Night.
An extensive program of education and hospitality has also been compiled for the Saskatchewan Women in Heavy Construction (SWHC) formerly known as the Lady Roadbuilders.
